If you wish to make any changes to your appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

All amendments are subject to availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

We advise guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late may mean we are unable to accommodate the full treatment experience, in such circumstances we are unable to provide a refund.

Booking in advance is highly recommended, subject to availability walk in services are also available.
